Scott <br />Watson, Associate Planner, presented the staff report. Comments from <br />the audience: Kevin Booker, James Farrell, Kelly Curzon addressed the <br />Board. Following discussion the Cultural Heritage Board: 1. Determined <br />that Planning Case P18 -0355 is exempt from the California Environmental <br />Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to general rule Section 15061(B)(3) (No <br />Motion <br />X <br />possibility of Impact to the Environment) and categorically exempt <br />Second <br />X <br />pursuant to Section 15301(L)(4) (Demolition of Accessory Structures); and <br />All Ayes <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />2. Approved Planning Case P18 -0355, based on the findings summarized <br />in the staff report and subject to the recommended conditions, thereby <br />issuing a Certificate of Appropriateness for the project. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />PLANNING CASE P18 <br />-0372 — Historic Designation — Gore Manor, 2530 <br />Prince Albert Drive, Ward 2 <br />Proposed historic designation by Victoria Barnes to designate Gore <br />Manor, as a Landmark. Jennifer Mermilliod, Contract Senior Planner, <br />presented the staff report. Public Comments: Maude Parsons spoke in <br />support of the designation.
