Sean <br />Kelleher, Associate Planner, presented the staff report. Sandra Goda- <br />Dino, Kardent Design Planning and Management, representing the <br />applicant stated they were in agreement with the conditions and were <br />available for questions. There were no comments from the audience. <br />Following discussion the Planning Commission: 1) Determined that the <br />project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />subject to Section 15301 (Existing Facilities), as this project will not have <br />a significant effect on the environment; and 2) Approved Planning Cases <br />P17 -0960 (CUP) and P17 -0961 (Variance) based on the findings in the <br />staff report and subject to the recommended conditions. <br />Commissioner Parker recused himself from the following case due to <br />financial conflict of interest and left the dais. <br />PLANNING CASE P18 -0367 (TM- 37541), P18 -0368 and P18 -0515 — <br />Tentative Tract Map, Design Review and Variance for 210 Unit <br />Condominium Project — 7351 Lincoln Avenue, Ward 4 <br />Proposal by Andrew Wennerstrom of Frontier Communities to consider <br />the following entitlements for the construction of a 210 unit condominium <br />project: 1) a Tentative Tract Map (TM- 37541) to create a single parcel <br />for condominium purposes; 2) a Design Review of project plans, and 3) <br />Approved Planning Commission Minutes — August 23, 2018 <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
