Cultural Heritage Board <br />Agenda - Final July 18, 2018 <br />DISCUSSION CALENDAR <br />This portion of the Cultural Heritage Board Agenda is for all matters where staff and <br />public participation is anticipated. Individual audience participation is limited to 3 <br />minutes. <br />2 Planning case P18 -0355 (COA): Certificate of Appropriateness request by Steve <br />Lazarian of the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel to demolish an <br />existing accessory building which is a remnant of a burned down church. The <br />property is located at 4291 Eleventh Street, situated on the northeast corner of <br />Eleventh and Cedar Streets, in the DSP- AS -SP -CR — Downtown Specific <br />Plan- Almond Street District and Cultural Resources (Evergreen Quarter Historic <br />District) Overlay Zones, in Ward 1. It is recommended that the Cultural Heritage <br />Board determine the proposal is exempt from California Environmental Quality Act <br />(CEQA) review pursuant to the general rule Section 15061(B)(3) (No possibility of <br />Impact to the Environment) and categorically exempt pursuant to Sections 15301(L) <br />(4) (Demolition of Accessory Structures). Individual audience participation is limited to 3 <br />minutes. <br />3 Planning case P18 -0372 (HD): Proposed historic designation by Victoria Barnes to <br />designate the Gore Manor, located at 2530 Prince Albert Drive in the Residential <br />Conservation Zone, as a Landmark, in Ward 2.
