PUBLIC COMMENT <br />No public comments were submitted. <br />PRESENTATIONS <br />2. Board Chair report - no report <br />City Staff Present <br />Robyn G. Peterson, Museum Director <br />Lauren Sanchez, Deputy City Attorney <br />Ann Lovell, Manager of Operations <br />Toni Kinsman, Senior Office Specialist <br />Brenda Focht, Curator of Collections <br />3. Riverside Museum Associates (RMA) <br />RMA President Peggy Barnhart reported that the RMA planning workshop is scheduled for April 18, <br />2018 from 2-5 p.m. at the Arlington Library. The RMA Annual Dinner and business meeting is May 10, <br />2018 at the Canyon Crest Country Club. The RMA Nominating Committee will present their slate of <br />candidates for consideration. The Annual Heritage House Ice Cream Social event will be held from 12-4 <br />p.m. on Sunday, May 20, 2018. <br />4. Director's update regarding administrative issues, staffing, collections move, exhibitions and <br />programs, facilities, Main Museum renovation, and community engagement <br />In addition to the written Director's Report, the Museum anticipates that the RFQ for a renovation and <br />expansion architect will be issued closer to late 2018 / early 2019. Community engagement meetings <br />are posted on the Museum website for the public to attend. <br />DISCUSSION AND ACTION CALENDAR <br />5. Approval of Minutes for the meeting held on March 14, 2018 <br />The minutes were approved as written. <br />Motion: P. Barnhart <br />Second: B. Jules <br />Ayes: All <br />6. Determine whether Museum Board Member absences for the March 14, 2018 Museum Board <br />meeting should be recorded as excused or unexcused <br />The absences of Bergis Jules, Holly Evans, Todd Carpenter, and Dawn Gleason were excused. <br />Motion: P.
