RECOMMENDATION: <br />That the Cultural Heritage Board recommend that City Council: <br />1. DETERMINE that Planning Case P17 -0764 will not have a significant effect on the <br />environment and ADOPT the Mitigated Negative Declaration and ADOPT the <br />Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP); and <br />2.
