Approve Professional Consultant Services Agreements from RFP No 1726 for temporary <br />employee services with Howroyd-Wright Employment Agency, Inc. dba AppleOne <br />Employment Services, Kimco Staffing Services Inc., Peak Technical Staffing, Inc., and <br />Total Placement Solutions, LLC dba Decton Li for services to June 30, 2019. <br />2. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Professional Consultant <br />Services Agreements with Howroyd-Wright Employment Agency, Inc. dba AppleOne <br />Employment Services, Kimco Staffing Services Inc., Peak Technical Staffing, Inc., Total <br />Placement Solutions, LLC dba Decton Li, including making minor and non -substantive <br />changes. <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The City has approximately 2,100 full-time and part-time permanent employees who work in City <br />Hall and various offsite locations. To maintain the high standard of customer service the City <br />provides, various temporary employee services may be periodically required by various City <br />departments on a short-term and/or project basis.
