Consistent with the goals of Riverside 2.1, the public policy direction <br />of the City Council, and the customer service expectations of the public at -large, this presentation <br />provides an overview of the acknowledgements the City has received in calendar year 2017. <br />DISCUSSION: <br />The attached presentation includes the 2017 awards earned by various City of Riverside <br />departments. <br />FISCAL IMPACT: <br />There is no fiscal impact with the receipt of this update. <br />Certified as to <br />availability of funds: Adam Raymond, Chief Financial Officer/Treasurer <br />Approved by: Al Zelinka, FAICP, City Manager <br />Approved as to form: Gary G.
