Webb Associates <br />Scott Watson, Assistant Planner, introduced Stephanie Standerfer, Vice <br />President of Albert A. Webb Associates. Ms. Standerfer proceeded with <br />the CEQA training and invited questions following the presentation. <br />Chair Lech thanked Ms. Standerfer for her presentation. No formal action <br />was required by the Board. <br />NOMINATION OF CULTURAL HERITAGE BOARD ALTERNATE <br />REPRESENTATIVE TO THE HISTORIC PRESERVATION FUND <br />COMMITTEE — <br />Chair Lech asked for a volunteer to serve as an alternate on the Historic <br />Preservation Fund Committee. He noted that the two current members <br />are Chuck Tobin and James Cuevas. <br />Nancy Parrish volunteered to serve as the Cultural Heritage Board <br />alternate. <br />Motion to elect Nancy Parrish as the Cultural Heritage Board alternate on <br />the Historic Preservation Fund Committee. <br />ITEMS FOR FUTURE AGENDAS AND UPDATE FROM THE HISTORIC <br />PRESERVATION OFFICER <br />Erin Gettis, Historic Preservation Officer, invited the members to the City <br />Council meeting February 27, 2018 to support Chair Lech's Cultural <br />Heritage Board presentation to City Council. <br />Approved - Cultural Heritage Board Minutes — February 21, 2018 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
