Determined that <br />is exempt from the California Environmental <br />Sections 15301 of the CEQA Guidelines because <br />the class of minor additions and alterations to <br />2. Approved Planning Case P17 -0933 based on <br />the staff report, subject to staff's recommended <br />a Certificate of Appropriateness. <br />-0058 — Historic Designation — Riverside Public <br />PLANNING CASE P18 <br />Library — Main Branch, 3581 Mission Inn Avenue, Ward 1 <br />Historic designation proposed by the City of Riverside — General Services <br />Department, to designate the Riverside Public Library — Main Branch as a <br />City Landmark. Scott Watson, Assistant Planner, presented the staff <br />report. Jorge Villanueva, Capital Projects Manager, addressed the Board <br />and stated he was available for questions. There were no comments from <br />the audience. Following discussion the Cultural Heritage Board <br />recommended that the City Council: 1.
