Minutes <br />Upon motion of Councilman Jarvis, seconded by Councilman Wagner, the City Clerk Scales - <br />{ Ninth St <br />:was instructed to notify the Riverside Filling and Fuel Company to remove their platform <br />= <br />e scales from Ninth Street near Orange Street. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Jarvis, seconded by Councilman -Strickler, that Deed <br />the Mayor and City Clerk. be, and they are hereby authorized to execute deed conveying <br />i <br />to the Riverside City School District portion of Lot 166 of the Southern California Colony <br />Association lands and a portion of Lot 14 of the Poly Tract, as per agreement made with 4 <br />the said Riverside City School District and dated May 11; 1920. � <br />i <br />This motion carried by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Councilmen Strickler, Winship, Lord, Wagner, Taylor and Jarvis.- j <br />fI <br />Noes: None.
