Minutes Upon motion of Councilman Jarvis, seconded by Councilman Wagner, the City Clerk Scales - { Ninth St :was instructed to notify the Riverside Filling and Fuel Company to remove their platform = e scales from Ninth Street near Orange Street. Stanley Milson with an estimate of the cost of en- larging the lake in Fairmount Park as per plans on file in his office.
