City of Arts &Innovation Roll Call: CITY COUNCIL MINUTES TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 27, 2018, 2 P.M. ART PICK COUNCIL CHAMBER CITY HALL 3900 MAIN STREET In the absence of Mayor Bailey, Mayor Pro Tem Mac Arthur called the meeting to order at 2 p.m., in the Art Pick Council Chamber with all Councilmembers present except Councilmember Adams. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE AUDIENCE Theresa Newham spoke regarding the Mayor's veto of the City Manager contract. COMMUNICATIONS LEGISLATIVE REPORT The Intergovernmental relations and legislative update was cancelled. PRESENTATION FISCAL YEAR 2017-18 DEPARTMENT GOALS AND PERFORMANCE Following discussion and without formal motion, the City Council received and ordered filed the City's consolidated report on department accomplishments, goals and operational performance for the Second Quarter of Fiscal Year 2017-18. All Ayes ACTIVE TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM CYCLE 1 AND MOBILE SOURCE AIR POLLUTIONS REDUCTION REVIEW COMMITTEE GRANTS - BID 7457 - NORTE VISTA SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS - SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS Following discussion, the City Council (1) accepted grant funds from California Department of Transportation Active Transportation Program Cycle I, in the amount of $1,822,000, authorizing an increase to Norte Vista Sidewalk Improvement Project Revenue Account 9888928-331310 and project expense Account 9888928-440309, in the same amount; 103-217 X
