Cultural Heritage Board Agenda - Final February 21, 2018 <br />DISCUSSION CALENDAR <br />This portion of the Cultural Heritage Board Agenda is for all matters where staff and <br />public participation is anticipated. Individual audience participation is limited to 3 <br />minutes. <br />2 PLANNING CASE P17-0933: Certificate of Appropriateness request by Magnolia <br />Presbyterian Church to replace the stairs and ramp on the side of the church with <br />ADA compliant ramps at the Magnolia Presbyterian Church (City Landmark #4), <br />located at 7200 Magnolia Avenue, in the R -1 -7000 -CR — Single Family Residential <br />and Cultural Resources Overlay Zones, in Ward 3. It is recommended that the <br />Cultural Heritage Board determine the proposal is categorically exempt from <br />California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review pursuant to Section 15301, <br />because the project is a minor addition or alteration to historic resources. Individual audience participation is limited to 3 <br />minutes. <br />3 PLANNING CASE P18-0058: Proposed historic designation by the City of Riverside <br />— General Services Department, to designate the Riverside Public Library — Main <br />Branch, located at 3581 Mission Inn Ave in the DSP -RC -CR- Downtown Specific <br />Plan - Raincross District and Cultural Resources Overlay (within the Mission Inn <br />Historic District) Zones, as a Landmark, in Ward 1.
