CITY OF RIVERSIDE <br /> <br />INTEROFFICE MEMO <br /> <br />DATE: June 3, 2002 <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />Brent Mason, Controller <br />Tom Boyd, Interim Public Works Director"~'~' <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Measure "A" Maintenance of Effort Certification <br /> <br />Attached is a Measure '~A" Maintenance of Effort Certification Statement <br />for Paul Sundeen's signature. Also attached is a copy of the projected <br />Measure "A" maintenance of effort analysis for fiscal year 2001/2002. <br />The maintenance of effort projection is based on finance reports for <br />July 2001 through May 2002 and past expenditure patterns for the <br />respective Sections. Projected eligible expenditures for fiscal year <br />2002 total $13,972,273 as compared to our baseline amount of <br />$12,449,203. As you can see, projected fiscal year 2002 eligible <br />expenditures exceed the baseline amount by $1,523,070. <br /> <br />Please obtain Paul Sundeen's signature on the attached certification <br />statement then forward the document to the City Manager's office for <br />signature. The signed certification statement should be returned to <br />me.
