The next <br />regular meeting is November 30, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. in the Art Pick Council Chamber. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />The Applicant has withdrawn their application. <br />1 PLANNING CASES P17 -0781 (RZ), P17 -0802 (VR) AND P17 -0803 (VR): (The <br />Applicant has withdrawn their application.) Proposal by the Housing Authority of the <br />City of Riverside to consider the following entitlements involving three contiguous <br />parcels, ranging in size from 0.24 to 0.36 acres, developed with single- and <br />multiple - family dwellings: 1) A Rezone to change the zone of the site from R -1 -7000 <br />— Single - Family Residential to R -3 -1500 — Multiple - Family Residential for <br />consistency with the underlying HDR — High- Density Residential General Plan Land <br />Use Designation; and 2) Variances to allow parcels less than one acre in size and <br />80 feet in width as required by the proposed R -3 -1500 Zone. The project site is <br />located at 1705 -1725 Seventh Street at the northwest corner of Chicago Avenue <br />and Seventh Street, in Ward 2. The Planning Division of the Community & <br />Economic Development Department is recommending the Planning Commission <br />determine that this proposal is exempt from the provisions of the California <br />Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA <br />Guidelines, as it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility the proposed <br />project will have a significant effect on the environment.
