Individual audience participation is limited to 3 <br />minutes. <br />2 PLANNING CASE P17 -0807: Certificate of Appropriateness request by Kathy <br />Allavie to replace the existing wood shake roof with compatible composite shingle <br />roofing at a single family residence (James M. Wood House, City Landmark #89), <br />located at 2490 Prince Albert Drive, in the RC -CR — Residential Conservation and <br />Cultural Resources Overlay Zones, in Ward 2. It is recommended that the Cultural <br />Heritage Board determine the proposal is categorically exempt from California <br />Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review pursuant to Section 15331, because the <br />project is consistent with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment <br />of Historic Properties. It is <br />recommended that the Cultural Heritage Board determine the proposal is <br />categorically exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review <br />pursuant to Section 15331, because the project is consistent with the Secretary of <br />the Interiors Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties.
