Scott Watson, Associate <br />Planner, presented the staff report. There was no one from the public <br />requesting to speak. Following discussion the Board: 1. Determined that MotionX <br />Planning Case P17-0015 is exempt from the California Environmental SecondXX <br />Quality Act (CEQA) per Sections 15331 of the CEQA Guidelines; and2.All Ayes XX <br />Approved Planning Case P17-0015, based on the findings outlined in the <br />staff report and summarized below, and subject to the attached conditions, <br />thereby issuing a Certificate of Appropriateness for the project. <br /> <br />MISCELLANEOUS PLANNING AND ZONING ITEMS <br /> <br />ITEMS FOR FUTURE AGENDAS AND UPDATE FROM THE HISTORIC <br />PRESERVATION OFFICER <br />Ms. Gettis announced that Ted White was promoted to Deputy Director <br />and would, in the near future, oversee Historic Preservation and Economic <br />Development in addition to Planning Division. <br />Ted White introduced himself and stated he was looking forward to <br />working with the Board. <br />12 <br /> Page of <br />APPROVED - Cultural Heritage Board Minutes – July 19, 2017 <br />
