She is <br />residential surrounded by commercial. She asked how she could go <br />about rezoning her property to commercial. <br />DISCUSSION CALENDAR <br />PLANNING CASES P0096, P17 -0180, P17 -0182 and P7 -0521 — 2014- <br />2021 Housing Element and Housing Element "Rezoning Program" <br />A proposal by the City of Riverside for actions to implement the 2014 -221 <br />Housing Element and Housing Element "Rezoning Program" of the <br />General Plan 2025. <br />X <br />Commissioner Mill arrived at this time. <br />Chair Parker announced that staff would be giving a presentation and <br />public comments will be taken afterwards. He reiterated that no action <br />would be taken today. <br />Ted White, Deputy Director, presented the 2014 -2021 Housing Element <br />"Rezoning Program ". He noted that exhibit 6 was not provided as part of <br />the staff report but was distributed today to the Planning Commissioners <br />with copies available to the public as well. Also distributed today, were <br />comment letters received after the publication of the agenda packet. <br />Chair Parker asked that those requesting to speak complete a speaker <br />card.
