He <br />stated the design was inappropriate for this historic city. <br />DISCUSSION CALENDAR <br />PLANNING CASE P17 -0061 — Certificate of Appropriateness — 4587 <br />Mulberry Street — Ward 1 <br />Certificate of Appropriateness requested by Orlando Montero to <br />rehabilitate the William S. Sweat House. Jennifer Mermilliod, Contract <br />Senior Planner, presented the staff report. Orlando Montero, applicant, <br />addressed the Board. There were no public comments received. <br />Following discussion the Cultural Heritage Board: 1) Determined that <br />Motion <br />X <br />P17 -0061, Certificate of Appropriateness, is categorically exempt from <br />Second <br />X <br />the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per Section 15331 of <br />All Ayes <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />the CEQA Guidelines; and 2) Approved Planning Case P17 -0061 based <br />on the findings outlined in the staff report and subject to staff's <br />recommended conditions, thereby issuing a Certificate of <br />Appropriateness for the project. <br />PLANNING CASE P17 -0401 — Certificate of Appropriateness — 4811 <br />Brockton Avenue (City Landmark #108) — Ward 1 <br />Certificate of Appropriateness requested by Eric Herman and Donna <br />Hennessy to construct a 1,023 square foot, two -story accessory <br />structure, with a 3 -car garage and storage room. Scott Watson, <br />Assistant Planner, presented the staff report. Eric Herman, applicant, <br />Motion <br />X <br />answered the board members questions. There were no public <br />Second <br />X <br />comments.
