PLANNING <br />COMMISSIONERS <br />KSRPMTRKZ <br />ITUAIEOAA <br />ROBRLUSIK <br />CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br />BSIKLNSNI <br />YEOEIO <br />MINUTES <br />LRSU <br />SW <br />E <br />THURSDAY, AUGUST 10, 2017, 9:00 A.M. <br />N <br />ART PICK COUNCIL CHAMBER, CITY HALL <br />3900 MAIN STREET <br />CC <br />WW <br />33 <br />1234567 <br />WARDS <br /> <br />Roll Call: Present X X X XXXX X <br />Chair Parker called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. with all members <br />present except commissioner Kain. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was given to the flag. <br />PLANNING/ZONING MATTERS FROM THE AUDIENCE <br />There were no oral comments at this time. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />PLANNING CASES P17-0216 (Amendment to P03-1336) and P17-0539 <br />Modifications to Conditions of Approval of <br />(Amendment to P03-1337): – <br />Tract Map 31859 and associated Planned Residential Development, <br />South side of Overlook Parkway and West of Bodewin Court – Ward 4 <br />Proposal by Steve Berzansky of Steven Walker, LLP to modify a condition <br />of approval of Tract Map 31859 and associated Planned Residential <br />Development to change the use of Lot 13 from a common recreational lot <br />to a buildable lot for the future construction of a single family residence. <br />Candice Assadzadeh, Associate Planner, presented the staff report. <br />Steve Berzansky, Steven Walker, LLP, stated they were in agreement <br />with the recommended conditions. There were no comments from the <br />audience. Following discussion the Planning Commission recommended MotionX <br />that the City Council: 1) Determine that the proposed project is exempt SecondX <br />from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) All Ayes XXXXXX <br />review pursuant to Sections 15303 (New Construction or Conversion of <br />Small Structures) and 15061 (b)(3), as it can be seen with certainty there <br />is no possibility the proposed amendment will have a significant effect on <br />the environment; and 2) Approve Planning Cases P17-0216 and P17- <br />0539 based on the findings in the staff report and subject to the <br />recommended conditions. <br />Chair Parker announced that the agenda items 3 and 4 are inter-related. <br />Agenda item 3, is a policy issue for which the Commission will take action <br />on. Agenda item 4, is a discussion of the properties to be rezoned and <br />no action will be taken on this item.
