Property Owner has executed a Covenant and Agreement and Declaration of Restrictions on <br />Future Uses ofthe Property (hereinafter referred to as "Covenant") datedFebruary 7 ,2002, in <br />favor of the City of Riverside, California, a municipal corporation, in connection with thc Property, <br />which document is being recorded concurrently herewith in the Official Records of Riverside <br />County, California,. A copy of the Agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br /> Fidelity National Title <br />C Property Owner did on January l 1, 2002 execute a deed of trust to Insurance , as <br />Trustee, covering the Property, to secure a note in the sum of $2,380,000.00, dated January 11, 2002, <br />in lhvor of Beneficiary, which deed of trust was recorded on ,January 14, 2002 , as Instrument <br />Number 2002-022576 in the Official Records of Riverside County, California <br />(hereinafter referred to as "Deed of Trust"). <br /> <br /> <br />
