PROPERTY ("Agreement") is entered into thislSth day of P[arch <br />· 2002 (the "effective date") by and between thc City of Riverside Redevelopment Agency, <br />("Agency") and Harold McNair ("Owner"), with reference to thc following facts: <br /> <br /> RECITALS <br /> k~ HEREAS, the Agency has approved and implemented a Home Improvement Rebate <br />Program ("Rebate Program") for the purpose of providing financial assistance to low and moderate <br />income households within thc Riversidc Neighborhoods Revitalization Program area; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, thc Rebate Program will be funded with money from the Agency's low and <br />moderate income housing set aside fund as described in Health and Safety Code Section 33334.2 <br />("l;'and"): and <br /> <br /> WI IEREAS, the Rebate Program is consistent with the City of Riverside's ("City") General <br />Phm and is consistent with thc intent of Comnmnity Redevelopment Law as set forth in Health and <br />Sa et.',' Code Sccmms _~_ 000, et sequitur; and <br /> <br /> WI IEREAS~ the Owners are the owners of the certain real property known as 3686 Farnham <br />Place. m the City of Riverside· Coanty of Riverside. Calitbrnia, (thc "Property"), which is described <br />on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, which will benefit from the <br />Rebate Program; and <br /> <br /> <br />
