X <br />PLANNING CASE P16-0824 – Certificate of Appropriateness - 2523 <br />Adams Street <br />Certificate of Appropriateness requested by Mitch Adkison of Adkan <br />Engineers for the construction of a two-story addition and site <br />improvements including a circular driveway and patios, at a single-family <br />residence previously evaluated as eligible for designation as a Structure <br />of Merit. Scott Watson, Assistant Planner, presented the staff report. <br />Mitch Adkison stated he was in agreement with staff’s recommended <br />conditions. There were no comments from the audience. Following MotionX <br />discussion the Cultural Heritage Board: 1. Determined that Planning Case SecondX <br />P16-0824 is categorically exempt from the provisions of the California All Ayes XXXXXX <br />Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per Section 15331 of the CEQA <br />Guidelines; and 2. Approved Planning Case P16-0824 based on the <br />findings outlined in the staff report, subject to staff’s recommended <br />conditions, thereby issuing a Certificate of Appropriateness. <br />MISCELLANEOUS PLANNING AND ZONING ITEMS <br /> <br />INFORMATION REGARDING LAUNCH OF RIVERSIDE PUBLIC <br />UTILITIES CITYWIDE STREETLIGHT LED CONVERSION PROJECT <br />Jennifer Mermilliod briefed the board on the proposed project.
