Theresa Newham <br />spoke regarding Agricultural Park residents and Councilmember Burnard. <br />Councilmember Davis arrived at this time. <br />X <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE AUDIENCE <br />Phyllis Purcell spoke regarding the Agricultural Park residents. <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />LEGISLATIVE REPORT <br />Intergovernmental Relations Officer Lopez reported on the Federal Budget, <br />Senate Bill 649, and Assembly Bill 890. <br />DISCUSSION CALENDAR <br />BURLINGTON NORTHERN SANTA FE RAILROAD GRADE <br />SEPARATIONS - JACKSON/MARY/SPRUCE/THIRD <br />Following discussion, the City Council approved the City Council <br />Transportation Committee recommendations to (1) approve the concept <br />designs and prioritization along the Burlington Northern Santa Fe line at <br />Jackson, Mary, Spruce and Third Streets as the top priority railroad grade <br />separations; and (2) direct the Public Works Department to issue a Request <br />Motion <br />X <br />for Proposals to complete the Project Approval and Environmental <br />Second <br />X <br />Document phase of the Third Street grade separation. <br />All Ayes <br />FISCAL YEAR 2016-17 SECOND QUARTER FINANCIAL REPORT <br />Following discussion, the City Council received and ordered filed the Fiscal <br />Year 2016-17 Second Quarter Financial Report for the General Fund with <br />preliminary analysis of Measure Z and Fiscal Year 2017-18 General Fund <br />Motion <br />X <br />financials, supplemental appropriations, as well as cash, investment and <br />Second <br />X <br />debt reports for all funds. <br />All Ayes <br />102-266 <br />
