CITY OF RIVERSIDE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY Minutes of: Time of Meeting: Place of Meeting: Date of Meeting: Meeting of the Industrial Development Authority 3p.m. Art Pick Council Chamber, City Hall April 2, 2002 WARDS Roll Call: In the absence of Authority Chair Loveridge, Authority Member Pearsor called the meeting to order at 3 p.m. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE AUDIENCE There were no comments presented at this time. Authority Chair Loveridge entered the Art Pick Council Chamber during the following discussion. _DISCUSSION CALENDAR INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT BONDS - TRADEMARK PLASTICS, INC. - 807 PALMYRITA - RESOLUTION OF INTENTION Following discussion, the Authority approved the recommendations of the City Council Finance Committee and staff to (1) approve the Resolution of Intention for the issuance of Industrial Development Bonds not to exceed $4,275,000 in furtherance of Trademark Plastic, Inc.'s, proposed construction of a 90,000-square-foot industrial building located at 807 Palmyrita Avenue (2) authorize the City Clerk to publish the notice of receipt of the Industria Development Bond Pre-Application and notice of a public hearing in a newspaper of general circulation in the City; and (3) appoint Sam Balisy of Kutak Rock LLP, as legal bond counsel to assist the City in the filing of said Industrial Development Bond applicetion on behalf of Trademark Plastics Inc., whereupon, Resolution No. 54 of the Industrial Development Authority of the City of Riverside Making Determinations With Respect to the Financing of Facilities for Trademark Plastics, Inc. or a Related Entity and Declaring Its Intent to Reimburse Certain Expenditures From Proceeds of Indebtedness, was presented and adopted.
