DETERMINE that P17 -0062, Certificate of Appropriateness, is categorically exempt from <br />the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per Section 15331 of the CEQA <br />Guidelines; and <br />2. APPROVE Planning Case P17 -0062 based on the facts for findings outlined in the staff <br />report, and subject to the attached conditions, thereby issuing a Certificate of <br />Appropriateness for the project. <br />
