Candice <br />Assadzadeh, Associate Planner, presented the staff report. Ken <br />Gutierrez, representing the applicant, stated they were in agreement with <br />staff recommended conditions. Comments from the audience: Tim <br />Orchard stated that his home address was 3203 Harrison and that the <br />proposed project address was also 3203 Harrison Street. Ms. <br />Motion <br />X <br />Assadzadeh stated she would follow -up with Building and Safety Division <br />Second <br />X <br />to correct the address. Following discussion the Planning Commission: <br />All Ayes <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />1) Determined that Planning Case P16 -0624 is exempt from the <br />provisions of the California Environmental quality Act (CEQA) review <br />pursuant to Section 15332 (In -Fill Development Projects) of the CEQA <br />Guidelines; and 2) Approved Planning Case P16 -0624 based on the <br />findings in the staff report and subject to the recommended conditions. <br />PLANNING CASES P16 -0690 and P16 -0691 — Conditional Use Permit <br />and Design Review — 11066 Magnolia Avenue <br />Proposal by Mo Mokled of PM Design Group, Inc. to consider a <br />Conditional Use Permit and Design Review to permit the construction of <br />a fast food drive -thru restaurant. Suhaim Bawany, Planning Technician, <br />presented the staff report. Mo Mokled stated they were in agreement with <br />the recommended conditions. There were no comments from the <br />audience.
