Scott Watson, Assistant Planner, presented the staff report. Staff <br />received six letters in support and were included in the staff report. Rob <br />Dodman, Ratkovich Properties, answered the Board's questions. <br />Comments from the audience: Janice Penner, Executive Director <br />Riverside Downtown Partnership; Cindy Roth, President Greater Riverside <br />Chambers of Commerce; Shawnee Beaman, DANA; James Bersinger, <br />President Pick Group; Scott Geezer, resident, spoke in support of the <br />project. Maryann Valenti, UCR Real Estate Officer, stated they whole <br />heartedly endorsed the project. Following discussion the Cultural Heritage <br />Motion <br />X <br />Board: 1. Determined that Planning Case P16 -0730 is exempt from the <br />Second <br />X <br />California Envronmental Quality Act (CEQA) per Sections 15332 of the <br />All Ayes <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />CEQA Guidelines and is consistent with the Secretary of the Interior <br />Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties; and 2.
