There was no one in the audience requesting to speak to the <br />All Ayes <br />continuance. The Planning Commission continued Planning Cases P15- <br />0907, P15 -0908, P15 -0909, P16 -0285 and P16 -0651 off calendar as <br />requested by the applicant. <br />Commissioner Rossouw arrived at this time. <br />X <br />PLANNING CASES P16 -0277 and P16 -0279 — 6350 Van Buren <br />Boulevard CONTINUED OFF CALENDAR <br />Motion <br />X <br />Chair Parker announced that the applicant has requested continuance off <br />Second <br />X <br />calendar. The Planning Commission continued Planning Cases P16- <br />0277 and P16 -0279 off calendar as requested by the applicant. <br />PLANNING CASES P15 -0979, P15 -0980, P15 -0981 — REZONING, <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND DESIGN REVIEW — 5573 <br />ARLINGTON AVENUE <br />Proposal by Al Steward, on behalf of Westmoreland Dynasty LP, to <br />consider 1) Zone change from O- Office Zone to CR- Commercial Retail <br />Zone; 2) Conditional Use Permit to permit the drive thru facility; and 3) <br />Design Review of plot plan, building elevations and landscape plan for a <br />proposed drive thru restaurant. Sean Kelleher, Associate Planner, <br />presented the staff report. Glen Pierce, representing the applicant, stated <br />they were in agreement with the recommended conditions.
