Casey Tibbet, MotionX <br />Historic Preservation Contract Planner, presented the staff report. She SecondX <br />stated that the project was renoticed and no additional comments were All Ayes <br />received. Andrea Urbas, representing the applicant, addressed the Board. <br />Tom Safford, Magnolia Presbyterian Church elder, spoke in support of the <br />proposal. There were no public comments. Following discussion the <br />Cultural Heritage Board: 1. Determined that Planning Case P15-0552 is <br />exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per <br />Sections 15303 of the CEQA Guidelines; and 2. Approved Planning Case <br />P15-0552 based on the findings outlined in the staff report, subject to <br />staff’s recommended conditions, thereby issuing a Certificate of <br />Appropriateness. <br />MISCELLANEOUS PLANNING AND ZONING ITEMS <br /> <br />ITEMS FOR FUTURE AGENDAS AND UPDATE FROM THE HISTORIC <br />PRESERVATION OFFICER <br />Erin Gettis reported that the Dosan’s Republic Cultural Point of Interest, <br />will be going to Council December 6, 2016.
