1 <br /> <br /> 2 <br /> <br /> 3 <br /> <br /> 4 <br /> <br /> 5 <br /> <br /> 6 <br /> <br /> 7 <br /> <br /> 8 <br /> <br /> 9 <br /> <br />10 <br /> <br />11 <br /> <br />12 <br /> <br />13 <br /> <br />14 <br /> <br />15 <br /> <br />16 <br /> <br />17 <br /> <br />18 <br /> <br />19 <br /> <br />2O <br /> <br />21 <br /> <br />22 <br /> <br />23 <br /> <br />24 <br /> <br />25 <br /> <br />26 <br /> <br />27 <br /> <br />PD-001-001 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 20080 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF RIVERSIDE RENDERING ITS DECISION GRANTING <br /> A PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Riverside conducted a public hearing <br />on October 18, 2001, in the matter of the application in the matter of the application of Land <br />Development Consultants, on behalf of Regional Properties, Inc. in Zoning Case PD-001-001 to <br />establish an approximately 106-unit planned residential development with parking and private and <br />common open space on approximately 9.7 vacant acres situated on the southeasterly comer of <br />Chicago and Central Avenues located in the R-1-80 Residential Zone and O -Official Zone, and <br />failed to approve the application. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Land Development Consultants Inc. on behalf of Regional Properties, <br />appealed to the City Council from the determination of the Planning Comanission; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Riverside conducted a public hearing on <br />November 13, 2001 in the matter of said appeal; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Riverside <br />determined that the proposed project would not have a significant effect on the environment <br />because of the mitigation measures described in the written staffreport and concurred in the <br />adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration, determined that the project could have a potential <br />adverse effect on wildlife resources, and the applicant is responsible for payment of the Fish and <br />Game fees at the time the Notice of Determination is filed with the County of Riverside. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Riverside approved <br /> Zoning Case PD-001-001 subject to the recommended conditions of approval set forth in the staff <br /> report, but amending condition no. 9f.
