Baldy <br />Drive on the westerly side of Sycamore Canyon Boulevard. In conjunction <br />with the above case, consideration will also be given the determination by the <br />Planning Commission that the proposed project will not have a significant <br />effect on the environment and that a Mitigated Negative Declaration be <br />adopted. No one was present wishing to speak on the matter. No protests, <br />written or oral, were presented. Following discussion, the public hearing was <br />officially closed. The City Council (1) approved Case SP-008-001 (Part B) <br />with modifications and subject to conditions; (2) adopted the staff report and <br />environmental assessment as findings; (3) determined that the project would <br />not have a significant effect on the environment and concurred in the <br />adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration; (4) found there is no evidence <br />that the proposed project will have any potential for adverse effects on wildlife <br />resources and the impacts of the project are found to be de minimis pursuant <br />to Section 711.4 of the Fish and Game Code; and (5) requested the City <br />Attorney to prepare the appropriate resolution for adoption within thirty days. <br /> <br />CASE SP-001-012 - SYCAMORE CANYON - CONTINUED <br />3 P.M.--Hearing was called on the proposal of the City of Riverside to amend <br />the land use designation of approximately 18 vacant acres westerly of <br />Sycamore Canyon Boulevard easterly of San Gorgonio Drive on both sides of <br />Mt. Baldy Drive and approximately 4.3 vacant acres on the northerly side of <br />Alessandro Boulevard easterly of Sycamore Canyon Boulevard in the <br />Sycamore Canyon Business Park Specific Plan from CBC to IBP. Following <br />discussion, the City Council continued the public hearing to 3 p.m. on <br />Tuesday, November 20, 2001. <br /> <br />ZONING CASE RZ-003-012 - SYCAMORE CANYON - CONTINUED <br />3 P.M.--Hearing was called on the proposal of the City of Riverside to rezone <br />approximately 18 vacant acres westerly of Sycamore Canyon Boulevard <br />easterly of San Gorgonio Drive on both sides of Mt. Baldy Drive and <br />approximately 4.3 vacant acres on the northerly side of Alessandro Boulevard <br />easterly of Sycamore Canyon Boulevard in Zone MP-SP and remove same <br />from Zone C-3, with the City Council to also consider supplementing the <br />requested zoning with Zones S and X.
