CITY Ok _JVERSIDE CITY COUNCIL COUNCILMEMBERS Minutes of: Time of Meeting: Place of Meeting: Date of Meeting: Regular Meeting of the City Council 2 p.m. Art Pick Council Chamber, City Hall May 22, 2001 WARDS Roll Call: In the absence of Mayor Loveridge, Mayor Pro Tempore Beaty called the City Council meeting to order at 2 p.m. FISCAL YEAR 2001-02 PRELIMINARY ANNUAL BUDGET REVIEW MUSEUM DEPARTMENT Following discussion of the proposed Fiscal Year 2001-02 Budget for the Museum Department beginning on page 145 of the Preliminary Annual Budget, the City Council tentatively approved the proposed Budget for the Museum Department. POLICE DEPARTMENT Following discussion of the proposed Fiscal Year 2001-02 Budget for the Police Department beginning on Page 213 of the Preliminary Annual Budget, the City Council tentatively approved the proposed Budget for the Police Department. LIBRARY DEPARTMENT Following discussion of the proposed Fiscal Year 2001-02 Budget for the Library Department beginning on Page 135 of the Preliminary Annual Budget, the City Council tentatively approved the proposed Budget for the Library Department. Councilmember Defenbaugh entered at this time. AIRPORT DEPARTMENT Following discussion of the proposed Fiscal Year 2001-02 Budget for the Airport Department beginning on Page 17 of the Preliminary Annual Budget, the City Council tentatively approved the proposed Budget for the Airport Department. INFORMATION SYSTEMS Following discussion of the proposed Fiscal Year 2001-02 Budget for the Information Systems Department beginning on Page 125 of the Preliminary Annual Budget, the City Council tentatively approved the proposed Budget for the Information Systems Department. PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT Following discussion of the proposed Fiscal Year 2001-02 Budget for the Public Works Department beginning on Page 273 of the Preliminary Annual Budget, the City Council tentatively approved the proposed Budget for the Public Works Department.
