CITY OF RIVERSIDE <br />CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />November 2, 1999 <br /> <br />$30,638.80 from Fire Department Professional, Technical and Other Account <br />3500000-421000-90336 to Equipment Outlay Account 3500000-462200-90336; <br />whereupon, Resolution No. 19584 of the City Council of the City of Riverside, <br />California, (1) Waiving the Competitive Procurement Requirements of Resolution <br />No. 17788; and (2) Authorizing the Purchasing Services Manager to Issue a Purchase <br />Order to Ericsson, Inc. for the Purchase and Installation of a Line Interface Module <br />(LIM), was presented and adopted. <br /> <br />LONG-TERM LEASE AGREEMENT - RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT <br />The City Council (1) approved the long-term Riverside Municipal Airport Lease <br />Fixed Base Operations with Conveying Equipment Co., Inc., dba Hangar One, for <br />Suites 102, 106, and 107 for a pilot supply store and flight school at the Riverside <br />Municipal Airport; and (2) authorized the City Manager or his designee to execute all <br />the necessary documents. <br /> <br />INCREASE APPROPRIATIONS FOR LIBRARY GRANTS - SUPPL. APPROP. <br />The City Council authorized an increase of $1,044 in estimated revenue for <br />California Services Communities Initiative and Allstate Insurance Communities of <br />Promise Incentive grants for the Library and appropriated the same amount to the <br />proper expenditure accounts. <br /> <br />PRIME TIME AFTER SCHOOL LEARNING AND SAFE NEIGHBORHOODS <br />PARTNERSHIP - SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION <br />The City Council authorized the (1) Finance Department to accept the grant award up <br />to $88,452 for the PRIME Time (Partners in Riverside Investing in Middle School <br />Education) after school program being conducted at nine middle schools and <br />appropriated the funds to the project account; and (2) City Manager or his designee to <br />execute the Subcontract with Riverside Unified School District for the After School <br />Leaming and Safe Neighborhoods Parmership Grant. <br /> <br />GRANT APPLICATION - CASTLEVIEW PARK TRAIL AND BRIDGE <br />RECREATIONAL TRAILS PROGRAM - SUPPL.
