Miller of Teq~r Properties <br /> ~requesting a 24-month extension of time to complete the off-site ~provements required <br /> :for Parcel Map 11299, located on the northwesterly corner ~f Palm and Tequesquite <br /> :Avenues; together with a Memo from the Public Works Department advising that this <br /> :parcel map was adopted on ~rch 24, 1981, and this is the first request for a time <br /> :extension. ~ere has been no construction to date.
