<br /> Riverside Chamber of Commerce and Dick Baird representing the La Sierra Chamber of
<br /> Commerce.

<br /> CONSENT CALENDAR
<br /> The following items were approved by one motion affirming the actions appropriate to
<br /> those items listed on the Consent Calendar and as submitted to the City Council for
<br /> consideration, with the exception of the report relating to salary range changes for
<br /> the Public Utilities Director and the City Manager and the report relating to payment
<br /> of alley lights, both of which were removed to the Discussion Calendar, and with an Motion ~X'
<br /> addition to the action taken relative to removal of a Community Relations Commission Second 'X'
<br /> Member. All Ayes

<br /> CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
<br />
<br /> ZONING CASE C-39-578 (REVISED) - SEVENTH DAY ADVENTIST CHURCH - 4850 JURUPA AVENUE
<br /> ~A communication was presented from the City Planning Commission advising that, on
<br /> [November 19, 1981, the Commission, by a vote of 8 ayes to 0 noes, approved subject to
<br /> ~conditions the proposal of the Seventh Day Adventist Church, Zoning Case C-39-578
<br /> ~(Revised), for a revised conditional use permit to allow a caretaker's mobile home on
<br /> ,an ll-acre church site situated on the southerly side of Jurupa Avenue easterly of
<br /> ~Meadowbrook Lane, located at 4850 Jurupa Avenue, in Zone R-1-65; and determined that
<br /> ~the
<br /> ~ proposal would not have a significant adverse environmental effect. It was
<br /> ~determined that the City Council would not set the matter for public hearing.

<br /> ,A communication was presented from the City Planning Commission advising that, on

<br /> N 19, 1981, the Commission, by a vote of 6 ayes to 2 noes, approved subject to
<br /> iconditions the proposal of Riverside Community Hospital-Knollwood Center, Zoning Case
<br /> iC-22-656 (Revised), for a revised conditional use permit to retain a commercial coach
<br /> iused for storage purposes for one year on property situated within the block bounded
<br /> by Brockton Avenue, Jurupa Avenue, Birch Street and Maplewood Place, located at
<br /> 5900 Brockton Avenue, in Zone R-1-65; and determined that the proposal would not have
<br /> ,a significant adverse environmental effecn. It was determined that the City Council
<br /> ~would not set the matter for public hearing.

<br /> CASE NC-3-812 - STREET NAME CHANGE - BRADLEY STREET TO VIA VISTA DRIVE
<br /> A communication was presented from the City Planning Commission advising that, on
<br /> December 3, 1981, the Commission, by a vote of 8 ayes to 0 noes, approved the request
<br /> of Charles Brown to change the name of Bradley Street, located southwesterly of
<br /> Alessandro Boulevard southeasterly of Elsmere Drive (private street), to Via Vista
<br /> Drive, Case NC-3-812. The Public Works Department was requested to furnish the neces-
<br /> sary legal description required in connection with the proposed street name change,
<br /> and the City Attorney was authorized to prepare the appropriate resolution for
<br /> ~adoption.
