All Ayes <br />[Mayor Brown presented a Proclamation to Grace Slocum, Agency Executive Corporation, and <br />~Police Chief Vic Jones, proclaiming Thursday, December 10, 1981, as "Buddy Buddy Day". <br /> <br />.CONSENT CALENDAR <br />The following items were approved by one motion affirming the actions appropriate to <br />those items listed on the Consent Calendar and as submitted to the City Council for ,I <br /> <br /> consideration with the exception of the donation of a portion of Pachappa Hill, the Motion ~X[ <br /> proposed street tree trimming contract, and the ordinance relative to grocery unit Second IX: <br /> pricing, all of which were removed to the Discussion Calendar. All Ayes <br /> <br /> CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />ZONING CASE C-13-634 (REVISED) - RIVERSIDE COMMUNITY HOSPITAL - 4445 MAGNOLIA AVENUE <br />A communication was presented from the City Planning Commission advising that, on <br />November 5, 1981, the Commission, by a vote of 8 ayes to 0 noes, approved subject to <br />conditions the request of the Riverside Community Hospital, Zoning Case C-13-634 <br />(Revised), for a revised conditional use permit to construct a parking structure <br />~proposing approximately 121 parking spaces within the hospital complex located at <br />~4445 Magnolia Avenue, situated on the southwesterly corner of Magnolia Avenue and <br />~Fourteenth Street, in Zones R-3 and CO-D; and determined that the proposal would not <br />~have a significant adverse environmental effect. It was determined that the City <br />~Council would not set the matter for public hearing. <br /> <br />~ZONING CASE C-42-712 (REVISED) - J. MANGIONE (MC DONALD'S RESTAURANT) - 5425 ARLINGTON <br />~AVENUE <br />~A conmunication was presented from the City Planning Commission advising that, on <br />~ vember 5, 1981, the Commission, by a vote of 8 ayes to 0 noes, approved subject to <br /> No <br />. nd~tions the request of J. Mangione (McDonald's Restaurant), Zoning Case C-42-712 <br /> CO <br />~(Revised), for a revised conditional use permit to construct additional dining area <br />~for an existing restaurant located at 5425 Arlington Avenue, situated on the northerly <br />.s~de of Arlington Avenue westerly of Streeter Avenue, in Zones C-2-D; and determined <br />,that the proposal would not have a significant adverse environmental effect. It was <br />~determined that the City Council would not set the matter for public hearing. <br /> <br />~CASE MP-5-812 - BROWN DEVELOPMENT CORP., ET AL. - 1500 BLOCK LINDEN STREET <br />,A communication was presented from the City Planning Commission advising that, on <br /> November 5, 1981, the Con~nission, by a vote of 9 ayes to 0 noes, approved subject to <br />~conditions the request of Brown Development Corp., et al., Case MP-5-812, for plot <br />~plan review to construct two industrial buildings on approximately 1.3 acres of vacant <br />~land located in the 1500 block of Linden Street, situated on the southerly side of <br />~Linden Street easterly of Chicago Avenue, in Zone R-3, tentatively approved for Zones <br />~M-1 and MP; and determined that the proposal would not have a significant adverse <br />~environmental effect. It was determined that the City Council would not set the <br />~matter for public hearing. <br /> <br />iENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION COMMISSION <br /> <br />~CASE EPC-17-812 - PROPOSED GRADING PLAN, TENTATIVE TRACT 15474 - ALESSANDRO AND BRADLEY <br />~A communication was presented from the Environmental Protection Co~nission advising <br />~that, on November 11, 1981, the Commission, by a vote of 6 ayes to 3 noes, determined <br />~that the proposed grading plan for Phase II (Lots 21-30) and Phase III (Lots 5-20 and <br />~31-37) of Tentative Tract 15474, located southwesterly of the intersection of <br /> <br />67-219 <br /> <br /> <br />
