Further, representa- <br />tives of the Riverside Police Officer~s Association, Riverside Firemanes Association <br />and the City Chapter of the Public Employees~ Association of Riverside County, Inc., <br />{presented donations totalling $1,750 to aid in financing the organization!s trip to <br />New York =o march in Macyws Thanksgiving Day Parade. <br /> <br />.CONSENT CALENDAR <br />The following items were approved by one motion affirming the actions appropriate to <br />:those items listed on the Consent Calendar and as submitted to the City Council for <br />'consideration, with the exception of Tract Map 18212 and Zoning Case V-46-812, both of <br />:which were removed to the Discussion Calendar. <br /> <br /> CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />[ZONING CASE C-55-767 (REVISED) - ANDREI4S CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. - ATLANTA BET. <br />[MASSACHUSETTS AND SPRUCE <br />:A communication was presented from the City Planning Cou~ission advising that, on <br />[October 8, 1981, the Commission, by a vote of 7 ayes to 0 noes, approved subJect to <br />iconditions the reques~ of Andrews Construction Company, Inc., Zoning Case C-55-767 <br />(Revised), for a revised conditional use permit to establish an 89-1ot mobile home <br />!park alon~ with recreation facilities and private streets on property located on the <br />.west side of Atlanta Street between Massachusetts Avenue and Spruce Street, in Zone <br />R-1-65, wherein variances are requested from the site development standards; and <br />determined that the proposal would not have a significant adverse environmental effect. <br />,It was determined that the City Council would not set the matter for public hearing. <br /> <br />'ZONING CASE MP-2-634 (REVISED) - RELIANCE SHEET METAL COMPANY AND RELIANCE <br />.FABRICATORS - 1025 PALMYRITA AVENUE <br /> A communication was presented from the City Planning Commission advisin~ ~hat, on <br /> October 8, 1981, the Commission, by a vote of 6 ayes =o 2 noes, approved subject to <br /> conditions the request of Reliance Sheet Metal Company end Reliance Fabricators~ <br />:Zoning Case MP-2-634 (Revised), for plot plan approval to occupy an industrial facil- <br />!ity~ construct new office and industrial facilities and locate commercial coaches for <br />~temporary office usage on approximately 11.6 acres of land situated on the northwest <br />corner of Palmyrita Avenue and Notchgate Street, located at 1025 Palmyrita Avenue, in <br />[Zone MP; and determined that the proposal ~ould not have a significant adverse environ- <br />mental effect.
