Cultural Heritage Board Agenda - Final September 21, 2016 <br />COMMENTS FROM THE AUDIENCE: <br />1 Public Comments: This portion of the agenda will be limited to a cumulative total <br />of 15 minutes, with individual speakers limited to a maximum time limit of 3 <br />minutes. Further discussion of any matter beyond 15 minutes will be continued <br />later in the agenda. If there is no one from the audience wishing to speak, the <br />Board will move to the next order of business. <br />DISCUSSION CALENDAR <br />This portion of the Cultural Heritage Board Agenda is for all matters where staff and public <br />participation is anticipated. Individual audience participation is limited to 3 minutes. <br />2 PLANNING CASE P15 -0552: Proposed Certificate of Appropriateness request by <br />Cortel Inc. on behalf of Verizon Wireless to construct an unmanned <br />telecommunication wireless facility with a 55 foot -high stealth antenna tower and a <br />252 square -foot equipment structure at Magnolia Presbyterian Church located at <br />7200 Magnolia Ave, City Landmark #4 and City Structure of Merit, in the <br />R -1- 7000 -CR zone in Ward #3. It is recommended that the Cultural Heritage <br />Board determine the proposal is categorically exempt from California <br />Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review pursuant to Sections 15303, because <br />the project constitutes an installation of small new equipment and facilities in small <br />structures. It is <br />recommended that the Cultural Heritage Board determine the proposal is <br />categorically exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review <br />pursuant to Sections 15301, because the project constitutes a minor alteration to <br />historic resource.
