CITY OF RIVERSIDE <br /> <br /> COUNCI LME N <br /> <br />Pats of Meeting: Septe er 8, 1,81 <br />Time of Meeting: 1:30 P.M. <br />Place of ~eeting: ~e~ Audito=~, 3720 Orange Street WARDS t~it~Z~3~t4t~St~6tt7~, <br /> <br /> Roll Call: <br /> <br />Mayor Brown called the meeting to order, and announced that this is the scheduled time <br />for a discussion of the Riverside Today: An Assessment, Phase Two, report. City Man- <br />ager Weiford briefly reviewed the work done by the City staff and members of the River-[ <br />side Today study committees, and introduced Joan Breeding, Co-Chairman of the <br />Citizen-Govemment Planning Project Steering Committee, who conducted the discussion. <br />~Study committee c~airmen and appropriate staff members presented an analysis of each of~ <br />the ten priorit7 items previously identified by the City Council. <br /> <br /> Mayor Brown excused himself durin8 the above discussion and, following the presentation <br /> conducted by Mrs. Breeding, Mayor Pro Tempore Frizzal asst~ed the Chair and presided. <br />~The City Manager outlined the actions which could be taken by the City Council at this <br />t time with regard to each of the ten recomeendations presented.
