OF SC"HUYLER <br />&A communication was presented from the City Planning Commission advising that, on <br />iJune 4, 1981, the Commission, by a vote of 6 ayes to 1 no, approved subject to condi- <br />,riots ~he request of J. Morally, Zoning Case C-25-801, for a condiEional use permit to <br />~establish, operate and maintain a vocational school and two commercial coaches on a <br />,temporary basis during construction of the new building on approximately 1.5 acres of <br />vacant land located in the 4500 block of La Sierra Avenue, situated on the west side <br />of La Sierra Avenue southeasterly of Schuyler Avenue, in Zone R-1-65, tentatively <br />approved for Zones RO-D-S-1-X; and determined that the proposal would not have a <br />significant adverse environmental effect. It was determined that the City Council <br />would not set the matter for public hearing. . <br /> <br /> CASE NC-3-801 - INDIanA BETWEEN CAPITOL AND RIVERSIDE CANAL <br /> A communication was presented from the City Planning Conm~ission advising that~ on <br /> June 18, 1981, the Commission, by a vote of 3 ayes to 2 noes, recommended that the <br /> name of Indiana Avenue generally between Capitol Drive on the east and the Riverside <br /> Canal on the west be changed to Sayward Circle. Case NC-3-801. The Public Works ...... <br /> ~Department was requested to furnish the necessary legal description required in , <br /> ~connection with the proposed street name change, and the City Attorney was authorized <br /> ~to prepare the appropriate resolution for adoption concurrently with Tract 7503. <br /> <br />67-1 <br /> <br /> <br />
