<br /> 'The request was granted and the Mayor was requested to send the letter on behalf of
<br /> [the City Council thanking Mr. Okendo for the time he has served on this Commission.

<br /> ~A communication was presented from the Environmental Protection Commission advising
<br /> ~that, on May 27, 1981, the Commission considered the proposed grading plan for approxi-
<br /> ~mately t5 acres of land situated on the northerly side of Columbia Avenue generally
<br /> ~situated easterly of Clark Street and, by a vote of 6 ayes.to 0 noes, approved the
<br /> ~grading for the currently-zoned commercial uses of the property only, subject to
<br /> ' ai
<br /> ,cert n mitigating measures, Case EPC-46-801. No immediate development is currently
<br /> ~proposed for this site. The Commission's approval was upheld by the City Council.

<br /> ~A communication was presented from Carl Daggy requesting a one-year time extension
<br /> 'fr m June 13, 1981, in which to meet the conditions of approval under Zoning Case
<br /> ~R-88-778, being a lot situated on the southerly side of Central Avenue easterly of San
<br /> ~Diego Avenue. Petition for a zone change was granted on June 13, 1978, and this is
<br /> ~the second request for a time extension. The time extension was granted to June 13,
<br /> ~1982, as requested.

<br /> ,A communication was presented from Ernest N. Webb, Albert A. Webb Associates,
<br /> |requesting a one-year time extension from July 10, 1981, in which to complete the
<br /> ,conditions of approval under Zoning Case R-92-789, being approximately .22 acre of
<br /> ,land situated on the northeasterly side of Roosevelt Street southeasterly of Magnolia
<br /> Avenue, located in the 3700 block of Roosevelt Street. Petition for a zone change was
<br /> granted on July 10, 1979, and this is the first request for a time extension. The
<br /> time extension was granted to July 10, 1982, as requested.

<br /> TIME EXTENSION ON CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL - ZONING CASE R-36-745
<br /> A communication was presented from Ernest N. Webb, Albert A. Webb Associates, on
<br /> behalf of Andrew Development Company, requesting a one-year time extension from July 1,
<br /> 1981, in which to complete the conditions of approval under Zoning Case R-36-745,
<br /> ~relating to property located at the future southeasterly corner of Tyler Street (ex-
<br /> itended) and Jurupa Avenue (extended). Petition for a zone change was granted on
<br /> ~July i, 1975, and this is the fifth request for a time extension. The time extension
<br /> , as granted to July 1, 1982, as requested.
