RUH CO., INC. - 2100 ATLANTA AVENUE <br /> A communication was presented from the City Planning Commission advising that, on <br />May 7, 1981, the Commission, by a vote of 8 ayes to 0 noes, approved subject to condi- <br />tions the proposal of the Vincent B. Ruh Co., Inc., Zoning Case MP-1-778 (Revised), to <br />revise an approved plot plan to construct an industrial building on approximately 1.t <br />acres of vacant land situated on the easterly side of Atlanta Avenue northerly of <br />Spruce Street, being at 2100 Atlanta Avenue, in Zone M~; and determined that the <br />:proposal would not have a significant adverse environmental effect. OF'BLEEKER - TIME EXTENSION ON RDP <br />:A communication was presented from the Planning Department recommending that the City <br />:Council approve a final time extension to November 21,'1981, for Case PS-191-789 <br />:(Parcel Map 14707), the proposed division of approximately .37 acre of land into two <br />:parcels situated on the east side of Bolivar Street north of Bleeker Court (extended) <br />'in Zone R-1-65.
