Daniel Penn, Arlington Avenue Church of Nazarene. The Pledge of Allegiance was given to the Flag. MINUTES The Minutes of the Meetings of May 26, 1981, were approved as submitted. Motion Second All Ayes ~The Chair recognized the presence in the audience of Ken Brown representing the Riverside Chamber of Coderoe, Don Pulsifer representing the Arlington Chamber of Commerce and Phil Osborn representing the La Sierra Chamber of Commerce. CONSENT CALENDAR The following items were approved by one motion affirming ~he actions appropriate to those items listed on the Consent Calendar and as submitted to the City Council for consideration, with the exception of Case GP-6-801 resolution adoption which was Motion continued to later today to be heard in conjunction with the public hearing on Case Second GP-6-801. RUH CO., INC. - 2100 ATLANTA AVENUE A communication was presented from the City Planning Commission advising that, on May 7, 1981, the Commission, by a vote of 8 ayes to 0 noes, approved subject to condi- tions the proposal of the Vincent B. Ruh Co., Inc., Zoning Case MP-1-778 (Revised), to revise an approved plot plan to construct an industrial building on approximately 1.t acres of vacant land situated on the easterly side of Atlanta Avenue northerly of Spruce Street, being at 2100 Atlanta Avenue, in Zone M~; and determined that the :proposal would not have a significant adverse environmental effect. It was determined ,that the City Council would no= set the matter for review. : PLAN~ING DEPARTMENT :CASE PS-191-789 (PARCEL MAP 14707) - BOLIVAR NLY. OF'BLEEKER - TIME EXTENSION ON RDP :A communication was presented from the Planning Department recommending that the City :Council approve a final time extension to November 21,'1981, for Case PS-191-789 :(Parcel Map 14707), the proposed division of approximately .37 acre of land into two :parcels situated on the east side of Bolivar Street north of Bleeker Court (extended) 'in Zone R-1-65. The racommendation was approved, and the City Council extended the :final expiration date to November 21, 1981. 66-525
