It was determined that the matter would <br />not be set for review by the City Council. <br /> <br />ZONING CASE PRD-6-778 (REVISED) - T & S DEVELOPMENT - BET. HARDMAN CENTER, PaLMONA HIGH <br />'SCHOOL, WILLOW AND MADISON <br />'A communication was presented from the City Planning Commission advising that, on <br />:April 23, 1981, the Commission, by a vote of 8 ayes to 1 no, approved subject to <br />:conditions the proposal of T & S Development, Inc., Zoning Case PRD-6-778 (Revised), <br />.to revise an epproved planned residential development to increase the number of units <br />from 140 to 142; to change the percentage of units from 25 percent three-bedroom units <br />;and 75 percent two-bedroom units to all ~vo-bedroom units; and to revise the design to <br />lfacilitate phasing of the project and its development as a non-statutory condominium <br />[in lieu of the previous air space "statutory" design on 13.2 acres of vacant land <br />lsituated be=wean the Hardman Shopping Canter, Ramone High School, Willow Avenue and <br />~Madison Street, in Zones R-3-20-S-2; and determined that =he proposal would not have a <br />=significant adverse environmental effect. It was determined that the matter would not <br />[be set for review by the City Council. <br /> <br />~CASE NC-2-801 - WERDEN PARKER ASSOCIATES - STREET NAME CHANGE PROM APOLLO WAY TO <br />[DODSON WAY <br />[A communication was presented from the City Planning Commission advising that, on <br />May 7, 1981, the Commission, by a vote of 6 ayes to 2 noes, approved subject to condi- <br />,=ions t~e request of Warden Parker Associates to change =he name of Apollo Way, a <br />~cul-de-sac street situated within Tract 14072 located on the southerly side of Colum- <br />ibia Avenue westerly of Iowa Avenue, to Dodson Way, Case NC-2-80I.
