I 1 ! 1 1 :PROPOSITION R COMMITTEE :STATUS REPORT - PROPOSITION R ADVISORY COMMITTEE :As requested by the City Council, Chairman Rosanna Scott presented a report relative to; :the status of matters beingreferred to the Proposition R Advisor Committee and the P y I 1 1 ' 1 1 1 1 1 'general issue of agricultural and citrus production. Following her presentation, quer-; :tions were answered from the City Council, and the City Council thanked Chairman Scott :for her report. :REQUEST FOR LEGAL SERVICES :A communication was presented from the Proposition R Advisory Committee recommending ,that the City Council request the Legal Department to assign an attorney to attend Com-: ;mittee meetings, particularly when development proposals are before the Committee for ;review.
