<br />The following items were ap~roved by one motion affirming the actions appropriate =o
<br />~hose i:emslisted on the Consent Calendar and as submitted to ~he Ci:y Council for
<br />consideration with ~he exception of Zoning Case C-16-801, the repor: relative to the
<br />Municipal Audiuorium repairs, and ordinance adoption of Case AMD-7-790, all o[ which
<br />were removed to the Discussion Calendar.

<br />A communication was presenned from the Ci=y Planning Con~"ission advising than, on
<br />December 4, 1980, the Cc~mmission, by a vo~e of 8 ayes ~o 0 noes, approved subject =o
<br />conditions :he request of Riverside Christian High School, Zoning Case C-3A-612 (Re-
<br />vised), for a revised condi=ional use permi~ to recain two mobile units for continued
<br />use as temporary classroom~ on ~he R/verside Christian High School Campus a~
<br />:3532 Monroe Street, situated on ~he southwesterly side of Monroe S~reet northwesterly
<br />of the Riverside Freeway, in Zone R-1-65; and determined =hat the proposal would no=
<br />have a significant adverse environmen=el effect. Approval =o locane these units on
<br />=he campus was originally granted b~ the Ci:y Council for a period of one year with
<br />'the requirement =ha: during this period a revised condi:ional use permit be obtained.
<br />It was determined that this matter would not be se: for review by the City Council.
