<br /> IREDEVELOPMENT PROJECT - RESOLUTION
<br /> ~3:00 P.M.--Further hearing was called on the proposed sale by Victoria Auto Towing of
<br /> ~property located in the Riverside Central Industrial Redevelopmerit Project, generally
<br /> ~consisting of two lots bounded by Vine and Fifteenth Streets, to Goodhew Ambulance
<br /> ~Service, pursuant to the Community Redevelopmerit Law of the State of California. A
<br /> ~written report was submitted from the Acting Executive Director of the Redevelopment
<br /> ~Agency recommending that the City Council (1) adopt the appropriate resolution approv-
<br /> ~ing the sale of said property to Goodhew Ambulance Service and finding that the sales
<br /> ~price being a lesser consideration than fair market value determined at the highest
<br /> ~use permitted under the Redevelopment Plan is necessary to effectuate the purpose of
<br /> ethe Redevelopmerit Plan; and (2) ratify the Agency action taken on June i, 1982, in
<br /> ~determining that the project will not have a significant effect on the environment.
<br /> ~No one was present wishing to speak on the matter. No written protests were presented.
<br /> *The hearing was officially closed. The recommendations were approved as presented;
<br /> ~and Resolution No. 14708 of the City Council of the City of Riverside, California,
<br /> ~Approving the Assignment Agreement Authorizing the Sale of Certain Property From
<br /> ~Victoria Auto Towing to Goodhew Ambulance Service, in Accordance With the Redevelopment Motion ~X~
<br /> ~Plan for the Riverside Central Industrial Redevelopmerit Pro~ect, was presented; and Second ~X~

<br /> 3:00 P.M.--Hearing was called on the Application of American Affair Limousine, Inc.,
<br /> ~for an Auto for Hire Permit, providing for one vehicle for limousine service. No
<br /> ~protests, written or oral, were presented. No one was present wishing to speak on the
<br /> matter. The hearing was officially closed. The permit was approved; and Resolution
<br /> No. 14709 of the City Council of the City of Riverside, California, Finding That the
<br /> Public Interest, Convenience, and Necessity Permit the Issuance of an Automobile for
<br /> Hire Permit and Ordering the City Clerk to Issue a Permit Subject to the Insurance Motion :X~
<br /> Required by Section 5.40.070, was presented; and the title having been read, and Second ~X:

<br />FURTHER HEARING - ZONING CASE C-15-812 - 2720 FOURTEENTH STREET - APPEAL - DENIED
<br />3:00 P.M.--Further hearing was called on the appeal of Alan Ayazi relative to the
<br />conditions of the City Planning Commission in approving the request of Robert G. Rios,
<br />et al., for a conditional use permit to legalize, operate and maintain a service
<br />station and mini-market in an existing structure situated on the southerly side of
<br />Fourteenth Street between Victoria Avenue and Forest Street, located at 2720 Fourteenth
<br />~Street, in Zone C-3, Zoning Case C-15-812. The hearing had been continued from May 25,
<br />~1982, at the request of the appellant. As heretofore directed by the City Council,
<br />~the minutes of the City Planning Commission pertaining to this case are on file and
<br />
