Motion ~XZ <br /> ' ' Second ~ X ', <br /> All Ayes <br /> <br /> ~e Chair recognized the presence in the a~i~ce of Janice Click representing the <br /> ,Riverside Ch~ber of Co~erce and Tom Clemens representing the h Sierra C~mber of <br /> ~Comerce. <br /> ~Counc~lmn Shepard entered at this t~. <br /> <br /> ~yor Br~ presented a Certifi~te to Pedro C~rros, a student of Notre Vis~ High <br /> School who was elected next ~ar's State Vice President of Future Faroera of ~erica, <br /> as public acknowledgment for val~ble and distinguished semite. <br /> <br /> ~yor Bro~ recognized the presence ~ the audience of the steers from various high <br /> schools participating in the Youth ~ Goverme= Day Progr~ sponsored by the <br /> Jay Cees, and introduced the participants to their City Official Counterparts. <br /> <br /> ~e ~yor announced that the funeral services would be held today for the two police <br /> officers who were killed on ~y 13, 1982, a~ t~t the City ~uncil ~eting ~uld <br /> recess at 10:15 a.m. to allow those present to att~d the funeral. Foll~ing Second <br /> ~discussion, the recomendation was approved as presented.
