',~;, ',~,,', ',,',,',, <br /> Place of Meeting: Council Chamber~ Ci=.X Hall WARDS <br /> <br /> Roll Call: Present <br /> <br /> In the absence of Mayor Brown, Mayor Pro Tempore Buster called the meeting to order <br /> and presided. <br /> <br /> The Invocation was given by Councilman Loveridge. <br /> <br /> The Pledge of Allegiance was given =o the Flag. <br /> <br /> MINUTES <br /> The Minutes of the Meetings of April 6 and 8, 1982, were approved as submitted, with <br /> the change to Pages 67-385 and 67-386 of the April 6, 1982, Minutes regarding the <br /> utility rates for low users to clarify that the City Council also requested a report Motion <br /> showing a comparison of City of Riverside rate structure to other Southern California Second X' <br /> municipalities' residential, commercial and industrial rates. All Ayes <br /> The Chair recognized the presence in the audience of Charles Gebhart representing the <br /> Riverside Chamber of Commerce and Robert Haven representing the Arlington Chamber of <br /> Commerce. <br /> <br /> Councilmembers Shepard and Mansfield entered aC this time. ~XtX <br /> <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> The following items were approved by one motion affirming the actions appropriate to <br /> those items listed on the Consent Calendar and as submitted to the City Council for <br /> consideration, with the exception of the ordinances regarding compensation for City Motion ~X~ <br /> Councilmembers and the Mayor's salary, which were removed to the Discussion Calendar Second X~ <br />~be heard after the item relative to limit on City Council monthly expense allowance. All Ayes <br />| <br /> <br />~CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />~TRACT MAP 18212 (REVISED) - R. MILLER - SOUTHWEST OF VAN BUREN <br />~A co~nunication was presented from the City Planning Commission advising =hat, on <br />~March 18, 1982, the Commission, by a vote of 8 ayes to 0 noes, approved subject to <br />~condi=ions the proposal of R. Miller, et al., Tract Map 18212 (Revised), to divide <br /> approximately 49 acres of undeveloped land (an existing City reservoir is located <br />~within the map boundaries) into 11 lots, situated on the southweeterly extension of <br />~Equestrian Drive on the southwest side of Van Buren Boulevard northerly of the City <br />~Limits, in Zone RA-5; and determined that the proposal would not have a significant <br />iadverse environmental elfetC. It was determined that the City Council would not set <br />the matter for public hearing. <br /> <br /> TRACT MAP 9006-2 (REVISED) - HONE"fLAKE DEVELOPMENT CO. - WESTMINSTER AND GAINSBOROUGH <br /> A co~munication was presented from the City Planning Commission advising that, on <br /> March 18, 1982, the Commission, by a vote of 6 eyes to 2 noes, approved subject to <br /> conditions the proposal of Honeylake Development Co., Tract Map 9006-2 (Revised), to <br /> divide approximately 49 acres of vacant land into 24 lots for single-family residential <br /> purposes, situated southeasterly of the termini of Westminster and Gainsborough Drives <br /> and northerly of Overlook Parkway (Ococillo) extended, in Zones RC and R-l-130; and <br /> determined that the proposal would not have a significant adverse environmental effect. <br /> It was determined that the City Council would not set the matter for public hearing. <br /> <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION COMMISSION <br /> <br /> CASE EPC-23-812 - MAGNOLIA AVENU~ RELIEF SEWER <br />;A communication was presented from the Environmental Protection Commission advising <br />~tha=, on February 10, 1982, the Commission, by a vote of 11 ayes to 0 noes, determined <br />'tha <br />, t the proposed Magnolia Avenue Relief Sewer along the northwesterly side of Magnolia <br />IAvenu between Nye Avenue and Banbury Drive would not have a significant adverse <br />e e <br />~environmental effect, Case EPC-23-812.
