DWELL, REID AND SHAMEL PARKS <br />In consideration of the recom~endation from the Park and Recreation Department, the <br />construction of park security lighting program at Bordwell, Reid an~ Shamel Parks, an <br />~HCD project, by C and C Electric, was accepted as completed; a~ execution of the <br />Notice of Completion was authorized and directed. <br /> <br />PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT <br /> <br /> TRACT 9790 APPROVAL - VICTORIA AND CENTRAL <br />The Faithful Performance Bond of Daiwa House Corporation of California, as principal, <br />and Covenant Mutual Insurance Company, as surety, in the amount of $417,900; together <br />with the Labor and Materialmen Bond, executed by the principal and surety as listed <br />]above, in the amount of $208,950; together with their Agreement guaranteeing the <br />ecompletion of streets, curbs, gutters and all other improvements described on the <br />:Final Map of Tract 9790, located at the westerly corner of Victoria and Central Ave- <br />,hues, were approved and accepted, subject to approval of the Covenant and Agreement by <br />:the Legal Department. <br />: <br />:Resolution No. 14634 of the City Council of the City of Riverside, California, <br />;Accepting the 0fficial Map of Tract 9790, consisting of two sheets, being a subdivision <br />:of a portion of Lot "E" of Victoria Heights as show~ on a Map on file in Book 4, Page <br />92 of ~ps~ Records of Riverside County and a portion of the s0uCheas= quarter of =he <br />;southwest quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 35, T.2 S., R. 5 W., S.B.B.&M.; <br />:together with any variances as to lot area, building area or yard requirements approved: <br />:by the Planning Corm~ission; and authorizing the City Clerk to attest said Map, was <br />:presented; and the title having been read, and further reading waived by the unanimous <br />consent of Councilmembers present, was adopted. <br /> <br />COMPLETION - 5276 VICTORIA AVENUE <br />In consideration of the recomendation from the Public Works Department, the work of <br />constructing the street improvements at 5276 Victoria Avenue, by John Gosney, was <br />accepted as completed; and execution of the Notice of Completion was authorized and <br />directed. <br /> <br />TIME EXTENSION - TRACT 9057-1 <br />;A Time Extension Request was presented from Dan Olsen of Kaufman and Broad requesting <br />,a two-month extension of time to complete the off-site improvements required for Tract <br />~9057-1, located at Campbell and Golden Avenues; together with a Memo from the Public <br />~Works Department advising that this tract was adopted on November 18, 1980, and this <br />~is the first request for a time extension.
