<br /> Special Assessment, ~nvest~gat~on, Limitation and Majority Protest Acc of 1931, and on
<br /> iResolution of Intention No. 1~803, pursuant to ~he Improvement Ac~ of 1911, pertain~ng
<br /> ,to the public work and improvement of the proposed Van Buren Boulevard Assessment Dis-
<br /> ,trict, ~o ~it: street improvements consisting of Portland cement concrete side~alks
<br /> ,~he~e necessary along the ~esterly side of Van Buren Boulevard between Hayes and ~asou

<br /> *The Public ~orks Director advised the City Council that both property ovners involved
<br /> !are considering constructing ~he sidewalk ~hemselves, and recommended a 60-day Motion
