<br /> iResolution of Intention No. 1~803, pursuant to ~he Improvement Ac~ of 1911, pertain~ng
<br /> ,to the public work and improvement of the proposed Van Buren Boulevard Assessment Dis-
<br /> ,trict, ~o ~it: street improvements consisting of Portland cement concrete side~alks
<br /> ,~he~e necessary along the ~esterly side of Van Buren Boulevard between Hayes and ~asou
